Chicken wok
2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 Garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 Yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Cold-pressed coconut oil for frying
- 1 Bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 3 chicken breasts, diced
- Allspice
- 400 ml coconut milk
- Salt & pepper
- 1 Package Clean Noodles
Do this:
- Sauté garlic, onion and parsley in coconut oil.
- Add the frozen vegetables and fry until done.
- Meanwhile, fry the chicken in coconut oil.
- Put the chicken in the pan with the vegetables and pour in the coconut milk.
- Season with allspice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add to the noodles.

Noodles with minced meat sauce

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 Yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Cold-pressed coconut oil for frying
- 500 g minced meat
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 5 mushrooms, sliced
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- Allspice
- 1 dl red wine (optional)
- 1/2 cup cream/oatmeal
- 1 Package Clean Noodles
Do this:
- Sauté garlic, onion and parsley in coconut oil.
- Chop all the vegetables and put them in the pan.
- Fry the minced meat in a separate pan. Then add it to the same pan.
- Season with allspice and possibly red wine.
- Add crushed tomatoes and cream.
- Add the noodles and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Noodles with shrimp, pesto & broccoli
2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 Garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 Yellow onion, chopped
- Cold-pressed coconut oil for frying
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 140 g shrimp
- 2 dl oat cream
- 1 Package Clean Noodles
- 2 tbsp pesto
- Salt & pepper
Do this:
- Sauté garlic and onion in coconut oil.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry together.
- Pour in cream and pesto.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add the noodles and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp.

Vegetable wok with tuna
2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 Cans tuna in water
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1/2 Eggplant
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 can corn in water/frozen corn
- 2 cups black beans
- Coconut oil for frying
- 1 Package Clean Noodles
Do this:
- Sauté onion, zucchini, and eggplant in coconut oil.
- Add corn, kale and beans.
- Add the tuna.
- Add the noodles and stir.

Thai stew
4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 Yellow onion
- Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil for Frying
- 6 Chicken thigh fillets
- 6 Frozen scallops
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh Thai basil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
- Grated fresh ginger (about 10 cm)
- 1/2 Fresh chili
- 1 jar of coconut cream (400 ml)
- 2 packages Clean Noodles
Do this:
- Cut the zucchini into pieces, chop the onion and fry everything in coconut oil.
- Slice the chicken and place the pieces in the frying pan, let them fry together.
- Cut the mussels in half and add them when the chicken is finished cooking.
- Chop the garlic and sauté it in the pan.
- Add the spices and ginger.
- Chop the chili and let it fry for a while.
- Add the coconut cream and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add to the noodles.

Chicken carbonara
4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow onion
- Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil for Frying
- 2 packages of bacon (140 g each)
- 500 g chicken thigh fillet
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 dl cream
- 200 g grated parmesan
- 3 Egg yolks
- 2 packages Clean Noodles
- Salt and black pepper
- A little fresh basil
Do this:
- Finely chop the onion and fry it in coconut oil.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it in another pan.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry together with the onion until the chicken is cooked through.
- Press in the garlic and add the bacon.
- Stir in the cream and cheese.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Rinse the noodles under cold water, put them in the pan and stir.
- Remove the pan from the stove, add the egg yolks and stir.
- Sprinkle with salt, season with pepper, garnish with basil and serve.
