Chicken wok

2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 Yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Cold-pressed coconut oil for frying
  • 1 Bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 3 chicken breasts, diced
  • Allspice
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 Package Clean Noodles


Do this:

  1. Sauté garlic, onion and parsley in coconut oil.
  2. Add the frozen vegetables and fry until done.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the chicken in coconut oil.
  4. Put the chicken in the pan with the vegetables and pour in the coconut milk.
  5. Season with allspice, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add to the noodles.

Noodles with minced meat sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 Yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Cold-pressed coconut oil for frying
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 400 g crushed tomatoes
  • Allspice
  • 1 dl red wine (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cream/oatmeal
  • 1 Package Clean Noodles

Do this:

  1. Sauté garlic, onion and parsley in coconut oil.
  2. Chop all the vegetables and put them in the pan.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a separate pan. Then add it to the same pan.
  4. Season with allspice and possibly red wine.
  5. Add crushed tomatoes and cream.
  6. Add the noodles and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Noodles with shrimp, pesto & broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 Yellow onion, chopped
  • Cold-pressed coconut oil for frying
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 140 g shrimp
  • 2 dl oat cream
  • 1 Package Clean Noodles
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • Salt & pepper

    Do this:
  1. Sauté garlic and onion in coconut oil.
  2. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry together.
  3. Pour in cream and pesto.
  4. Salt and pepper.
  5. Add the noodles and let simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Finally, add the shrimp.

Vegetable wok with tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans tuna in water
  • 1 chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 1/2 Eggplant
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 can corn in water/frozen corn
  • 2 cups black beans
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • 1 Package Clean Noodles

    Do this:
  1. Sauté onion, zucchini, and eggplant in coconut oil.
  2. Add corn, kale and beans.
  3. Add the tuna.
  4. Add the noodles and stir.

Thai stew

Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1/2 Yellow onion
  • Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil for Frying
  • 6 Chicken thigh fillets
  • 6 Frozen scallops
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh Thai basil
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • Grated fresh ginger (about 10 cm)
  • 1/2 Fresh chili
  • 1 jar of coconut cream (400 ml)
  • 2 packages Clean Noodles

Do this:

  1. Cut the zucchini into pieces, chop the onion and fry everything in coconut oil.
  2. Slice the chicken and place the pieces in the frying pan, let them fry together.
  3. Cut the mussels in half and add them when the chicken is finished cooking.
  4. Chop the garlic and sauté it in the pan.
  5. Add the spices and ginger.
  6. Chop the chili and let it fry for a while.
  7. Add the coconut cream and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Add to the noodles.

Chicken carbonara

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow onion
  • Organic Cold Pressed Coconut Oil for Frying
  • 2 packages of bacon (140 g each)
  • 500 g chicken thigh fillet
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 dl cream
  • 200 g grated parmesan
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 2 packages Clean Noodles
  • Salt and black pepper
  • A little fresh basil

Do this:

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in coconut oil.
  2. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it in another pan.
  3. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry together with the onion until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Press in the garlic and add the bacon.
  5. Stir in the cream and cheese.
  6. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  7. Rinse the noodles under cold water, put them in the pan and stir.
  8. Remove the pan from the stove, add the egg yolks and stir.
  9. Sprinkle with salt, season with pepper, garnish with basil and serve.
